Now let's be fair. A lot of these after pics are the effects of aging. Let's see how you all look 20 years from now!

Yeah, c'mon - surely y'all can do better than that? In most of the photos, there was a 20 year gap. Over 30 years from Ozzy's original photo, and closer to 40 years from Keith Richards'. I think you should rephrase it as 'the effects of drugs and time', or how drugs quicken the aging process.

Most of these are just aging. Although in Mickey Rourke's case its a combination of ageing, smokes, booze, coke, boxing (plus face lift which followed) and 2 decades of juicing.

keith richards, boy george, and ozzy were probably doing drugs in the before pictures but were not aged druggies yet

Well.. most of it is just good pictures of them young (official pics usually) and bad pictures of them old/ without make-up (paparazzi usually). So what's the point?..
