Britney Spears insists that she has no plans to be a pushy stage-mom when it comes to her boys.
The recovering pop wreck is keen for sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to avoid the same meltdown-inducing pressures that she went through after finding fame at a young age.
“I would love them unconditionally if they wanted to [follow the same career path], but I would just as soon they have a more normal childhood,” she tells OK! magazine in her first official interview in two years.
But despite not wanting her kids to follow in her famous footsteps, Britney herself has no intention of bowing out of the spotlight.
She says of her forthcoming album, “I think it is more urban. I’m writing every day, right here at the piano in this living room.
"This is my best work ever.”
