Jonas Brothers To Play VMA Awards

The Jonas Brothers are absolutely ecstatic about performing at the MTV Video Music Awards in September, because it will be fulfilling a lifelong dream.

The sibling rockers admit they have long waited for the opportunity to play at one of their favourite events, and feel honoured to be offered the opportunity.

Eldest Jonas, 20-year old Kevin, tells People: "It's pretty amazing,. You grow up watching the VMAs. You know the performances, you see the pictures in every magazine."

And youngest of the trio, 15-year old Nick, adds: "It's going to be an exciting performance. We're going to involve the fans in it."

The band will perform the second single from their new album A Little Bit Longer at the live event.

Let's hope they perform better than Britney last year.
