Selena Gomez has been gushing about her fellow Disney star and BFF Demi Lovato, explaining that they rely on each other to keep one another grounded.

The two teens, who have been tipped to usurp Disney teen queen Miley Cyrus off her throne, gave an interview to J-14 where they revealed how they help each other get through tough times.

Selena says of her childhood friend: "I'm not confident in myself, so I get down on myself and I believe some of the online stuff.

“Demi's the kind of person who is honest with me, and there to support me and tell me, ‘Don't listen to that. Know who you are.’

“And that really means a lot to me - because she's honest with me and really harsh, but she does it because she loves me."

Instead of putting Miley Selena and Demi up against each other Disney should team them up. Between them they are way more talented than the Jonas Brothers. Listen Up Disney can you say BILLIONs$$$

I honestly don't think that Demi or Selena can surpass Miley and take over. Miley is just too good. She is very talented at singing, acting, and writing her music. She will be around for awhile yet.
